Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Manage the affairs of the corporate debtors as a going concern
Constitute the Committee of Creditors (COC)
Convene and conduct meetings of Committee of Creditor
Conduct the corporate Insolvency resolution process
Discharge various duties necessary to operate the enterprise as a going concern
Prepare the information Memorandum
Submit a resolution plan to the adjudicating as approved by the COC and NCLT
Conduct the liquidation if the resolution plan is rejected of fails after approval
